We are looking for a PHP Developers for our growing team in our Miami Beach office who are dedicated to the craft, writes code that they are proud of and can hit the ground running.

What does a Maximus Developer do?

A Maximus developer writes beautiful, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways.

You will work in a team setting, with other PHP developer, data gurus, and our management team to develop and integrate technologies from leading native networks. Environment is fast paced, casual and entrepreneurial! You will improve the relationship with our consumers through creativity and problem-solving, using a wide range of tools. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, and you’ll have the influence and tools available to rapidly grow our business.

We are looking for someone with design and development experience, an interest in understanding consumer behavior, and the enthusiasm to push us forward.

Day to day duties of the position include:

  • Working with our current development team to build new features and new products
  • Troubleshooting the cause of bugs and implementing a solution when needed
  • Participating in team meetings, providing input and suggestions
  • Continually looking for ways to improve or optimize our technology

Does this sound like you?

  • You have at least two years’ experience in PHP development.
  • Familiarity with Git and any JavaScript framework is important. We use React.
  • You enjoy the process to diagnose and solve code problems (Stack Overflow is your friend)
  • You are competent at testing and ensuring your code’s cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility. Experience with PHPUnit is a bonus.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, want to grow a business, and love working with a team
  • You are comfortable using data to support and validate your concepts
  • Must have the ability to multi-task

Maximus is looking for a full time QA Engineer to join our growing team. Maximus is a cutting-edge native advertising software providing solutions to Media Buyers and Advertisers for some of the constant challenges plaguing the Advertising landscape today.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineering team and business owners to develop acceptance criteria,test strategy, and test cases
  • Responsible for test case execution,planning,maintenance,and reporting
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to develop system expertise
  • Proactive communication regarding test status, progress, risks, dependancies
  • Validate data flow throughout application workflow(end to end)

The Sr. Account Manager will help bring structure and balance to a growing team. We are looking for someone that is eager and hungry to leverage prior industry experience and releveant contacts to help further launch and grow the Maximus brand.

  • Develop and implement strategy around identifying, researching, and pursuing new leads
  • Manage the incoming sales pipeline and organize reporting structure to best highlight wins and opportunities

Maximus Live is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing New York City team. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, ensuring client happiness, and improving customer retention. The ideal candidate is well versed in media buying, but also experienced with onboarding and setting up new clients. Prior industry experience and relevant contacts to help further launch and grow the Maximus brand is greatly preferred.

The Role:

  • Develop ad campaigns including drafting headlines, copy and choose images for ad creative
  • et up, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns from start to finish
  • Analyze Facebook media buys and associated metrics on a daily basis to ensure profitability
  • A/B Test ad copy, images and short form advertorials effectively to meet performance goals
  • Analyze web metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance
  • Proactively optimize media buys by adjusting advertisements (creatives) and all other levers at your disposal such as: rates, placements, geo-targeting, etc. to ensure that goals are met
  • Manage media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Research display ads and copy to gain for inspiration for new ad angles
  • Stay apprised of industry standards and competitors and create strategies to reach target goals
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with media partners
  • Help onboard new clients and be a point of contact for them during the client set-up and onboarding stages

Requirements:

  • Proficient in digital media buying on CPM, CPC, and CPA
  • Understands direct response advertising
  • Ability and experience to create and optimize campaigns on native, social and mobile/desktop display
  • Familiar with ad serving platforms (uploading creatives, tracking, tags) or ability to quickly learn the basics on your own
  • Knows how to make optimizations based on site, device, creative headlines and images
  • CPC Bidding Experience with Yahoo Gemini, Google, Bing, Taboola, Rev Content, Content.Ad and any other relevant media buying networks
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Applicable digital account management experience
